Tax Controversy Attorney Adam Brewer's practice of law is solely focused on resolving State, Federal, and International tax issues for his clients. Adam's clients primarily are individual taxpayers and small and medium-sized businesses who require guidance resolving tax controversies.
In this unique area of practice, Adam represents his clients before Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), and Hawaii Department of Taxation (DoTax).
Adam is licensed to practice law by the states of California and Hawaii. Prior to practicing law, Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He later completed an LLM degree in International Taxation from Texas A&M School of Law.
In his free time Adam enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and sons.
