Tax Controversy Attorney

I am a Tax Controversy Attorney focused on resolving State, Federal, and International Taxation issues.

My clients include individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. I assist my clients in resolving tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), California's Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and Department of Tax and Fee Administration(CDTFA) as well as the Hawaii Department of Taxation (DoTax).

I am licensed to practice law by the States of Hawaii and California.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Penn State, my law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and an LLM in International Tax from Texas A&M School of Law.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and sons.
